BrandSuite Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the BrandSuite Affiliate Program!
We are thrilled to have you on board as an affiliate and to reward you for promoting BrandSuite to your network. Before you begin, please review the terms and conditions below, which outline the guidelines and responsibilities of being a BrandSuite affiliate.

1. Sign-Up Process

To join the affiliate program, you must register through our affiliate portal at affiliates.brandsuite.com. This portal is where you will access your unique affiliate link, track referrals, and monitor your commission earnings. Applications submitted outside of this portal will not be processed.

2. Commission Structure

As a BrandSuite affiliate, you will earn a 10% recurring monthly commission for life on all referrals who sign up through your affiliate link and remain active customers.

Exclusive for Beta Affiliates: Affiliates who joined during the beta phase will continue to enjoy a 20% commission rate as part of their ongoing partnership benefits.

3. Attribution Policy

To ensure you receive credit for your referrals, the following must occur:

• Referrals must click on your unique affiliate link.
• Referrals must complete their BrandSuite sign-up through that link.

Important: We cannot manually attribute referrals. If your referral does not use your affiliate link, we cannot assign them to you. Always ensure your link is properly shared and utilized.

4. No Tiered Commissions

The BrandSuite Affiliate Program operates on a direct referral model. Affiliates earn commissions solely on first-line referrals—no additional earnings are available for second-tier or multi-level referrals.

5. Amendments and Cancellations

BrandSuite reserves the right to modify or terminate affiliate terms at any time. Changes may include, but are not limited to:

• Adjustments to commission rates or payout terms.
• Updates to program policies.
• Discontinuation of the program.
• Termination for any behavior that conflicts with BrandSuite’s legal, ethical, or moral standards.

6. Compliance Requirements

Affiliates must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards while promoting BrandSuite. Non-compliance may result in termination of affiliate status and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.

7. No Self-Referrals

Affiliates are not permitted to earn commissions on their own purchases or accounts. Any self-referrals will be disqualified.

8. Termination Policy

BrandSuite reserves the right to terminate any affiliate relationship at its discretion. Grounds for termination may include:

• Fraudulent activity.
• Violations of these terms.
• Actions that harm BrandSuite’s reputation or integrity.

By joining the BrandSuite Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. BrandSuite may update these terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
