Missing leads because you forgot to follow up?
Let’s fix that.
With BrandSuite’s Workflows, you can set up automated follow-ups that respond instantly—without lifting a finger.
Whether it’s a new enquiry, a form submission, or a missed call, you can build a Workflow once and let it run on autopilot.
Step 1: Map Your Lead Journey
Before jumping into automation, lets get clear on what happens after someone becomes a lead.
Ask yourself:
- Do they receive a freebie or PDF?
- Should they book a call?
- Do they need a reminder?
- Is someone on your team contacting them?
Jot this down first—it’ll make building the Workflow much easier.
Step 2: Set the Trigger
Inside BrandSuite:
- Go to Automation > Workflows
- Click + Create Workflow
- Select a Trigger—this is what starts the automation
Popular triggers include:
- Form submitted
- Facebook Lead Ad
- Appointment booked
- Missed call
Choose what makes sense for your business.
Step 3: Add Your Actions
Now it’s time to build what happens after the trigger.
Click + and add actions like:
- Send Email: A welcome or intro message
- Send SMS: Quick follow-up or link to book a call
- Wait: Add delays between steps
- Assign Task: Notify a team member
- Add Tag: Organise your leads
Keep it simple.
Focus on one clear goal—like booking a call or replying to the message.
Step 4: Test It
Before publishing, test it yourself:
- Fill in the form or trigger the action
- Check your inbox for the email or SMS
- Make sure all steps run as expected
Tweak the timing or messages if needed.
Step 5: Turn It On
Happy with your test? Yesssss!!!
Switch your Workflow from Draft to Published.
You’re done.
How brilliant is this! Your leads will now be followed up automatically, every time.
Bonus Ideas
- Add a voicemail drop after 3 days
- Trigger a calendar link when the lead clicks an email
- Use the Missed Call Text Back option for incoming calls
You don’t need to chase leads.
