The platform does contain some premium features such as AI-powered actions (i.e content AI) and some integrations with platforms such as Twilio for SMS and Calling, Mailgun for Email Services, Prospecting Tool and Whats App.

These are not compulsory to use but if you do, you only pay per use and they are extremely economical. You can also purchase a number and send SMS messages via the platform. This incurs a monthly fee for the number as well as pay-as-you-go message costs.
